FAQs

Can you deliver to my address?

We can deliver to pretty much any address from West Bay to Savannah. You are welcome to collect from us if you live in the East End or Northside.

How long will the delivery last if it’s refrigerated?

3 days from the date of delivery

What time will I receive my delivery?*

All deliveries will be through our own driver and will be delivered by 3pm on Monday and Thursday.

Can I freeze any of the food?

We wouldn’t recommend freezing any of the food, as the quality will be affected.

I have dietary requirements – how do I make you aware of these?

Please detail these in the dietary requirements box on the order form, and repeat your allergy needs when we call you for payment.

How much cooking / preparation work is required?

Almost nothing. All dishes are ready to heat and eat, except for the salads. Some side dishes such as rice will need to be cooked, but will only take 10 minutes. You may also need to add some of the accompaniments such as grated cheese, sour cream or fresh herbs - not too hard really.

Please explain how your packaging is sustainable

All our packaging is compostable and/or recyclable.

Terms & Conditions:

Delivery available only on Mondays and Thursdays.*
Orders need to be placed by midday on Thursday for the Monday delivery, and by midday on Monday for the Thursday delivery.*
Free delivery over CI$50, otherwise CI$10 charge for each delivery.
Follow the instructions on the recipe card to achieve the best finished result.
Ensure to follow any food health and safety instructions provided.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please make us aware when placing your order.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment in our production kitchen. Nuts are used in some dishes and cross contamination is not fully avoidable. If you specify a nut-free dish we will certainly not use nuts in that specific dish. If you have a very serious nut allergy please consider if this meal service is right for you before ordering.
